Scott Rosenfeld, N7JI, who has been so helpful to so many Eugene Hams, was recently presented with an Elmer award for his work helping out Olin Beall II of Corvallis. Scott calls it “one of my proudest achievements in radio!”. Well deserved, and we’re sure many local recipients of Scott’s help agree!
