The University of Oregon has a Center devoted to the study of the Cascadia Subduction Zone and the earthquake which is predicted to be caused by the fault. There is a page on the University website reports on work currently being done at the Center. This June there was a gathering of experts at the Center to work on furthering knowledge about the Cascadia Subduction Zone, and to provide information and resources for those (like Eugene EmComm) who are involved in preparedness work.

The Cascadia Region Earthquake Science Center website provides excellent historical background and updated research from those studying the fault. We highly recommend bookmarking the site!
The Center also publishes a newsletter. Subscribe by going to this page and scrolling to the bottom.
