Winlink is a technology that allows radio operators to send email (and attachments) using radio signals. We are working towards the day when our emergency forms (such as the ICS-213) can be sent via this technology that is already being used successfully in many places around the US. Here is a presentation by Gerry Brown (KK7GAB) introducing the technology to beginners.
